We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expansion Leader to lead our growth efforts in the North Region. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the region, aligning with company goals and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving business expansion in challenging environments. You will lead a high-performing business development team, define clear objectives, and conduct regular performance assessments to ensure targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to the North Region.
- Identify and prioritize market segments and growth opportunities in the region.
- Sales Management
- Develop innovative sales strategies to penetrate the government sector and achieve revenue goals.
- Drive high sales performance through targeted coaching and support for the sales team.
- Advocacy and Relationship Management
- Act as a key advocate for our organization in engaging with government entities, regulators, and other public sector stakeholders.
- Nurture strategic relationships to increase brand visibility and support business goals.
- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector.
- Drive product innovation based on feedback and requirements from governmental clients.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Expansion Leader with:
- Education & Experience
- Graduate from a reputable university in Marketing/Finance or relevant field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or sales management, with a proven track record of leadership and successful market expansion.
