Junior Finance Executive Position

The role of Junior Finance Executive entails assisting the Manager Finance in maintaining financial controls, processing transactions, and managing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily transaction processing and maintain accurate records by utilizing Microsoft Office software.
  • Support payroll processing, financial management, and tax compliance through effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with accounting principles and international standards by analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work processes through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial systems and procedures by leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is necessary for this position.
  • Relevant work experience in finance or accounting is required, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
