We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at an exciting opportunity in talent acquisition. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, we would love to connect with you.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that meet those requirements.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit through interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, offer letters, and final negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and job applications in the recruitment system.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Support the development of effective recruitment strategies to enhance the talent acquisition process.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment (Minimum of 2 years with recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
