We are seeking a Recruitment Professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, sourcing, screening and selecting candidates, building strong talent pipelines and driving strategic hiring plans.

About the Role
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements;
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS AND EVALUATE THEIR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ALIGNMENT WITH OUR COMPANY CULTURE;
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages;
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles;
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships;
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in-house or agency setting;
  • Strong sourcing background across multiple functions: Finance, IT, HR, Admin, Sales;
  • Familiarity with leading ATS platforms and recruitment tools;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
  • Strategic mindset with execution-oriented approach;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local recruitment trends and employment practices.
