Job Details

We are seeking an accomplished Deputy Manager Sales to lead our sales efforts in the paint industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Talent Management: Oversee a team of sales representatives to optimize performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in the paint industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Performance History: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Industry Experience: Paint Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
