Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure efficient delivery processes, manage staff, and maintain customer service standards.

This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring policy compliance, and resolving operational issues.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and courier service management, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

In addition, you will need to have a good understanding of financial principles and receivables factoring, proficiency in logistics software and tools, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Overseeing daily branch operations, including managing staff and maintaining customer service standards
  • Coordinating logistics, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring policy compliance
  • Resolving operational issues and implementing improvements
Requirements:
