Company Description: PostEx is a hybrid receivables factoring solution and courier service that provides upfront payments for invoice values to E-commerce companies offering Cash on Delivery as a payment method. We aim to make access to capital smooth and instantaneous by transforming conventional logistics into modernized delivery systems with instant and upfront payments.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager. The manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure efficient delivery processes, manage staff, and maintain customer service standards. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring policy compliance, and resolving operational issues.
