Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior SQA Engineer to join our team.

  • Develop comprehensive test cases through meticulous research and analysis of requirements.
  • Execute thorough testing, leveraging in-house and offshore resources, to ensure accurate results, identify failure patterns and facilitate bug resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Conduct Black box and Grey Box testing.
  • Review technical design documents and business requirement documents to pinpoint testing gaps.
  • Identify, log, and manage the life cycle of defects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in functional and back-end testing of complex systems, particularly eCommerce websites. Essential qualifications include domain knowledge of B2B & B2C Web Applications and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Skillset includes: test management and defect tracking tools, test design, creation, execution, and reporting of manual test cases, SDLC and SQA methodology, and Agile team experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are required. The ability to understand requirements fully and seek clarifications on unclear/unspecified requirements is essential. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent collaboration skills are also necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of functional and back-end testing experience with eCommerce websites or comparable complex systems is required.

Domain knowledge of B2B & B2C Web Applications and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent are essential.
