Regional Manager Job Description

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading organizational growth in Sindh, forging partnerships across Pakistan, and driving team integration. Key responsibilities include expanding client base, building CSR relationships, engaging with the government, and fostering professional networks.

  • Selecting educators for courses and programs.
  • Holding seminars and workshops to foster networking opportunities.
  • Supporting the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan 2010-2015 as an anchor person for Sindh in collaboration with the ASER Team Pakistan.
  • Developing implementation plans for vulnerable children through drop-in centers/catch-up programs and cross-sectoral initiatives.
  • Staying updated on local, national, regional, and international best practices.

Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills are required. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to develop analytical reports, and working knowledge of HRD requirements.
