The Regional Leadership role for the South region is designed to oversee and direct the operational, administrative and strategic aspects of the institutes in this territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the objectives of the organization
  • Lead the planning, development and implementation of programs in the South region
  • Establish performance targets with the leadership team and monitor progress towards them
  • Guide a team of professionals to ensure efficient program delivery
  • Negotiate relationships with local government and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Maintain communication with other departments to guarantee collaboration and information flow
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities and enhance regional visibility through events and outreach
  • Manage resources effectively and make informed decisions on budget allocation
  • Represent the organization at regional events and forums
  • Prepare regular project reports for senior management
  • Support staff development; identify and implement initiatives to improve performance
  • Elevate academic and professional standards for trainees and staff
  • Oversee institute operations including teaching, extracurricular activities, discipline, facilities, evaluation and emergency procedures
  • Supervise student admissions transparently and ensure targets are met
  • Implement and monitor fair student assessment systems
  • Ensure proper functioning of workshop equipment and maintain records in standard formats
  • Establish connections for internships and graduate placements
  • Regularly observe classes and encourage diverse teaching methods
  • Oversee student records, parent-student interactions, discipline, visits, workshops, speaker sessions, OJT and placements
  • Attend seminars and workshops beneficial to students and the institute
  • Maintain disciplinary systems that prioritize safety, morale and responsibility
  • Ensure accurate data entry in SIS and other student portals
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidential records
  • Share sponsored trainee data with relevant departments and track progress
  • Ensure audit readiness through complete documentation
  • Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance
  • Participate in committee meetings and national events (e.g., community service, independence day, graduation)

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
