Key Role: Learning and Development Specialist

This is a pivotal full-time position for an on-site Learning and Development Specialist based in Lahore. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating customized content, and facilitating various training sessions to drive organizational growth and development.

Skillset Required:
  • Training & Development expertise
  • Instructional Design experience
  • Strong Communication and Coaching skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored content
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
