A senior software engineer position is available in an IT services and consulting company. This role involves leading a team of engineers, mentoring team members, and ensuring the functionality, security, and performance of server applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of software engineers to develop server applications.
- Mentor team members through continuous training and guidance.
- Analyze business requirements to estimate assigned tasks.
- Write code and unit tests to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards and security compliances.
- Experience with different databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Ability to write unit tests and ensure high test coverage.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like GitHub and JIRA.
