Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Expansion Officer to drive our business expansion efforts in a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a region-specific business development strategy that aligns with our overall goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams in field operations, particularly in underdeveloped or rural markets. They will possess inspirational leadership and people development skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital financial services and field-based sales ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business visibility and forge new partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency to support effective business development.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership.
