Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Education Expert to join our organization in Islamabad, Pakistan.

As a key member of our global community, you will be responsible for providing expert training and support to customers across various medical fields, including Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Ultrasound products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on competitive and clinical knowledge for Applications and Operations within Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and US products.
  • Prioritize customer education, including Turnover training, upgrades, and follow-up visits to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Provide professional application support to resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with current products from leading manufacturers and competitors, as well as clinical trends, to offer tailored solutions and updates to customers.
  • Prepare compelling clinical case studies and images to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, medicine, or biomedical engineering, from a reputable institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Ultrasound (Instructor and Operator) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout and outside Pakistan is necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
