We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our Counselling Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, preparing reports, creating product materials, and managing client communication. They will also assist students and sales teams with information related to student recruitment for top universities across the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA education at top universities
  • Create and manage product materials for counselling products including undergraduate, graduate, MBA, school abroad, foundation, college roadmap, and student advisory program
  • Maintain individual client files and manage client communication for all counselling products
  • Assist students and sales teams with information related to student recruitment for Kings, SOAS, Queen Mary, and Sussex Universities in the UK
  • Track login details and operational status of applications and admission decisions for all clients
  • Manage centralized counselling email address and maintain queries and documents review list
  • Support marketing, business development, and sales team data requests from the Counselling department
Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor's degree from a reputable local or international university
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multitask
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
