Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction manager to lead our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 or 12-16 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
