We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge voicebot systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models, vector databases, and speech technologies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent voice interfaces powered by LLMs, integrating VAPI for short-term improvements, and driving the evaluation and adoption of long-term solutions like LiveKit or Pipcat.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); GPA 3.2+
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) in RAG workflows
  • Strong Python skills and experience building production-quality applications
  • Experience with speech technologies (e.g., Deepgram, Whisper, Google STT/TTS) and voice APIs (e.g., Twilio, VAPI)
  • Familiarity with deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Fireworks.ai, etc.)
  • Understanding of ML infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
