We aim to connect with 25% of Pakistan's population, delivering more than just meals, uplifting lives, and driving positive transformation throughout the nation. You can play your part as an Assistant Manager, Account Management in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Incremental Orders: Ensure retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with vendors, focusing on optimizing business performance, growth, and enhancing vendor experience.
  • Train Restaurant Staff: Collaborate with operations/owners to improve menu displays, share reports, and work with the marketing team to create promotions/events for performance optimization.
  • Identify Value-Add Initiatives: Proactively find solutions, establish exclusive partnerships with key accounts, either offline or online, with targeted monthly growth as KPIs.
  • Ensure Logistics Performance: Monitor daily/weekly logistics performance.
  • Reduce Issue and Fail Rates: Work with internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop tactical plans, manage projects, risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Maintain Visibility and Report Progress: Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in account management or directorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Presentation and Review Skills: Proficiency in presentations and business reviews.
  • Knowledge of Food Industry: Knowledge of food industry and operational costing.
