At Agatos, we seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue target organizations and foster communication with businesses that can benefit from our services
- Develop and maintain multi-tier relationships to organically grow client accounts
- Built referral and lead generation networks
- Establish the corporate brand strategy
- Design and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
- Implement business models to create new ventures
- Forecast long-term and short-term market potential
- Maintain a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar industry
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A self-starter with the ability to operate individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing skills
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
- High commercial acumen and confidence in dealing with middle managers and decision-makers
- Travel is essential for this position
