Overview

The primary focus of this role is on driving revenue growth through strategic planning and effective lead generation. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships within the Sales and Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth through market analysis and trend identification.
  • Pursue potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities by utilizing relationship-building skills and identifying new business avenues.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG, LONG-LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND EXCEPTIONAL AFTER-SALES SUPPORT.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits by applying negotiation techniques and managing risk effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and improve overall sales performance.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • STAY CURRENT WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITORS, AND MARKET CONDITIONS TO MAINTAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or related role, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas, showcasing ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred, but not required.
