Sales Performance Specialist

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and maintaining client relationships within a designated territory or market segment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and develop customized product offerings to meet client needs and requirements.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Buid and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and customize product offerings to meet their business goals.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years Experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (if applicable).
  • US work authorization.
