Financial Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the accounts payable department, maintaining the general ledger, and overseeing all tax-related processes.

  • Manage and supervise the accounts payable department to ensure efficient financial obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of financial expenditures and provide reports as requested by supervisors.
  • Oversee all payment transactions and minimize payable aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.
  • Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates for use within the company.
  • Act on the customer service front and communicate quickly and accurately.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, accountancy, or a related field.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accountancy, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
