Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients, persuading them to re-engage and provide work.
  2. New Client Acquisition: Identify potential new clients, understand their staffing needs, gather candidate CVs, and propose solutions.
  3. Revenue Growth: Demonstrate how you have generated revenue for businesses in the UK, increase our client base by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
  4. Research and Tendering: Regularly research available tenders and business opportunities, identify ways to increase our business footprint.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases.
  2. Results Driven: A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
  3. Can-Do Attitude: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
  4. Sales Focused: Strong passion for sales and business development, with a clear focus on results.
  5. Remote Working Ability: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
