Job Title: Site Security Manager

The primary responsibility of a Site Security Manager is to oversee and manage security operations, ensure employee safety, and maintain the overall security posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Operations Management - Supervise daily security operations within assigned premises.
  • Team Leadership - Lead, train, schedule, monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security guards/officers; conduct regular briefings and assign duties to security staff.
  • Safety and Compliance - Enforce company policies, safety rules, and security protocols; ensure compliance with local security laws and regulations; support fire safety drills and emergency evacuation procedures; record and investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches; prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
  • Reporting and Administration - Maintain accurate and detailed security logs, visitor records, and shift reports; provide timely updates to senior management; assist in preparing security plans for events, VIP visits, or high-risk activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant security training/certification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Background in law enforcement/armed forces will be a plus.
  • Reports directly to the Senior Manager/Site Head.
