Biometric Database Management Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill a Biometric Database Management position. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our biometric database system in Khanpur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain database systems for biometric data storage and retrieval.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any database-related issues that may arise.
  • Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with software developers to design efficient database structures.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patches.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the database system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with data backup, recovery, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Familiarity with database design principles and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues independently.
