Human Resources Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate Recruitment Process: Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling with precision.
  2. Employee Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration.
  3. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records with attention to detail.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Oversee general administrative tasks such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, expense records, and facility management with efficiency.
  5. Event Scheduling: Schedule in-house and external events with exceptional planning skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

They will also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, navigating sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is essential for this role.
