Key Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic guidance on employment policies, benefits and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
- Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data.
- Coordinate management training on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews and safety protocols.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputable institution.
- At least three years of previous employment experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SPHR.
