Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, train managers in interviewing and assessment procedures, and manage candidate pools for all positions.
  • HR Policies: Design, propose, and implement comprehensive human resources policies that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee pay plans, benefits programs, and analyze salary reports to determine competitive compensation packages.
  • Performance Management: Establish and manage performance appraisal systems that foster high performance and growth.
  • Training & Learning Development: Assess training needs, implement, and monitor effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Facilitate open communication between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly.
  • Separation Processes: Coordinate separations from employment, conduct exit interviews, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, PESSI, and internal regulations by maintaining up-to-date employee files and reports.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with management to develop employee corrective actions, provide decision support, and ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, with extensive experience in HR environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives.
  • Superior interpersonal, training, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
