Human Resources Director

As a seasoned Human Resources Director, you will provide expert guidance to administrators and employee representatives on personnel-related company policies and procedures. You will interpret and communicate laws and regulations to ensure the organization is aware of its legal responsibilities in conjunction with the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing personnel rules and regulations
  • Interpreting and administering human resources-related provisions of collective bargaining agreements
  • Analyzing processes and procedures in assigned functional areas
  • Conducting research and statistical analyses
  • Making recommendations for improvement
  • Establishing collaborative relationships with various functional and departmental areas
  • Training and evaluating subordinates
  • Preparing preliminary budget reports
  • Representing the Human Resources Department at meetings and advising the Director on alternative courses of action
