The company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the Business Development Executive position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and participating in industry events.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
  5. Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our services.
  6. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  7. Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships.
  8. Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  9. Lead Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage leads through various stages of the sales cycle.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, create detailed business reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in new business and sales
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Confident in closing sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
  • Motivated by targets
  • Proficient in the use of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • Substantial use of LinkedIn
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT Background would be a plus)
