About the role

We are seeking a professional to join our regional team, dedicated to fostering engagement and providing comprehensive solutions to our global workforce.

The primary responsibilities will include supporting various initiatives through program management, analysis, data reporting, and facilitation support.

The primary language of work will be English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project coordination, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across brands and markets.
  • Oversee employee enrollment and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to monitor participant feedback and implement improvements.
  • Assist with vendor management and procurement to expand our network of qualified international trainers.
Engagement Analysis and Reporting Support
  • Liaise with country and brand leads to monitor employee engagement with learning programs, fostering strong relationships and gathering insights.
  • Master our Learning Management System (LMS) to prepare regular reports, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations related to talent initiatives within our organization's strategy.
Training Delivery Planning and Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of onboarding and training sessions on various topics, utilizing virtual delivery methods.

You need to have

  • Adaptability, proactivity, and ownership: ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and process improvement skills, with attention to detail and a passion for execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and video conferencing tools.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 2-3 years of experience in support, operations, or administrative roles, demonstrating positive impact on processes.
  • Experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.

Bonus qualifications

  • Experience in procurement/vendor management roles.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and hybrid training models.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and building stakeholder relationships.
