CEO Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Diginet Global.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional support to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry trends, and support in contract management and client relationship management.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate follow-ups on leads, meetings, and business discussions to ensure progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
- Assist in drafting reports, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
