Job Requirements

Gutech International is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, excellent communication skills, and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a full-time position that requires working Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The salary package includes medical benefits and a competitive salary range.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence directed to the CEO.
  • Maintain records and files in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Prepare reports and documents as directed by the CEO.
