Job Description:

The Manufacturing Transformation Lead will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, quality, and agility in our manufacturing operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex systems, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, quality, and maintenance, as well as experience with data analysis and dashboard development.

A proven track record in manufacturing innovation and transformation is essential for this position.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, planning, quality, and maintenance, including emerging technologies like IoT, Industry 4.0, and AI/ML.
  2. Data Analysis and Dashboard Development: Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, and ability to develop effective dashboards to monitor production performance.
  3. Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT.
