Assisting Program Coordinators in Academic Settings

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager of Program Coordination.

Your primary role will be to coordinate academic activities, manage faculty resources, and ensure smooth operations within the institution.

This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing timetables for each semester in collaboration with coordinators.
  • Monitoring academic activities and ensuring their efficient execution.
  • Managing faculty load and allocating resources effectively.
  • Custody of student documents and maintaining dossiers.
  • Facilitating course registration, issuance of certificates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating with main office departments, such as Registrar and Academic Directorates.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in academic coordination, student affairs, or administration.

Key Skills:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict management and organizational skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Registration of newly inducted students.
  • Issuance of joining instructions.
  • Data preparation for HEC/NUST main office reports.
