Job Title

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Growth Strategist to lead and execute digital strategies focused on driving off-Amazon traffic to Amazon listings and storefronts. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in digital acquisition, particularly through paid media, influencer marketing, content creation, and funnel optimization with a clear goal: increase Amazon sales through high-converting external traffic.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon growth, with proven success running off-Amazon traffic campaigns that resulted in measurable sales lift on Amazon.

Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of paid traffic platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset and strong knowledge of performance metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

A bonus skillset would include experience with Shopify or DTC funnels, familiarity with affiliate networks like ShareASale, Amazon Influencer Program, or Refersion, and basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization.
