User Acquisition and ASO Specialist

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our growth marketing team and drive the success of our mobile apps and games. Whether you're an experienced performance marketer or a motivated fresh graduate eager to learn, this role offers the opportunity to shape user acquisition (UA) strategies and boost visibility through app store optimization (ASO).

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid UA campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
  • Scale campaigns for both casual/core mobile games and productivity/utility apps
  • Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs including CPI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and retention
  • Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to design and optimize ad creatives
  • Generate and maintain reports with actionable insights on acquisition funnel metrics

App Store Optimization (ASO)

  • Research and implement ASO strategies to improve app visibility and conversion rates
  • Optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals, etc.) for both iOS and Android apps
  • Track keyword rankings, conversion rates, and competitor trends
  • Collaborate with design and product teams on app store assets and promotional content

Learning & Development (for entry-level candidates)

  • Assist senior UA specialists in campaign execution and performance reporting
  • Support market research and competitor analysis in the app and gaming industry
  • Gain hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and mobile analytics dashboards
  • Learn ASO best practices and contribute to ongoing optimization tasks

What We're Looking For

  • For experienced candidates: proven track record in UA and/or ASO, with strong analytical and strategic skills
  • For trainees: recent graduates passionate about mobile growth marketing, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and user behavior
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with mobile ad platforms and analytics tools (preferred, not required for trainees)
