Maintenance Coordinator Position

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled maintenance coordinator to join our property management team in Austin.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a remote team environment, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

The primary responsibilities of this role include managing utility accounts for properties, coordinating with utility companies to resolve any issues, paying utility bills in a timely manner to avoid service interruptions, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance tasks, vendor assignments, and utility payments.

Requirements
  • Ability to communicate fluently and professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess unclear or incomplete information and determine the most effective course of action.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, including utility coordination and detailed record-keeping.

Work Schedule and Location

7 PM to 4 AM (Mon-Fri) - The work schedule will align with U.S. Central Time (Austin, TX) business hours. Remote monitoring is required during after-hours for emergency tickets, including weekends.
