Job Title: Lead Talent Acquirer

About the Role:

This is a pivotal position that requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills to qualify inbound and outbound leads. The successful candidate will engage with US-based prospects, gather key information, and assess their interest in our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research to determine potential fit.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align qualification criteria and handoff processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
Work Arrangement:

US Time-zone: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
