Seeking a skilled and proactive recruitment specialist to drive our technical talent acquisition strategy.

This role demands a strong understanding of technical domains, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs, technical requirements, and culture.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Lead and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and guiding their professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of technical recruitment processes and tools, as well as a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers.

Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment in the software industry.
  • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and industry trends, including Full Stack development, QA, UI/UX, Dot Net, PHP, Back End, Front End, iOS, Android, and Scrum Master.
Work Environment

Work from office: 10am-7pm.

Location: DHA Sector F Rwp.
