HIV Grant Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the implementation of an HIV grant in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical support, and coordination with national and provincial stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of project activities.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Project Manager, UNDP staff, and implementing partners to develop and implement work plans, budgets, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. They will also provide capacity building and training to national counterparts on grant management, health systems strengthening, and programmatic interventions.
In addition, the Program Manager will facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among stakeholders, including UN agencies, government institutions, NGOs, and civil society organizations. They will also maintain strong relationships with key national actors, including the Ministry of Health, Provincial Governments, and other relevant stakeholders.
