Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with regional regulations.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits programs, and HR information system deployment and maintenance.
  • Employee Relations: Recommend employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high employee morale.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Possess an MBA or MPA degree from a recognized university.
  • Professional Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in a multinational or large industrial/service sector organization.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, show self-motivation, energy, and a problem-solving attitude.
