Finance Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Finance Manager is to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This includes preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts that ensure optimal financial performance and minimize risks.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate timely and informative financial reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant financial laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in financial software and tools.
