Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to execute paid social strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and campaign adherence.
  • Develop creative assets for paid campaigns, using expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance content strategies and improve audience engagement.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience working on paid social media and branded content campaigns.
  • A passion for outdoor and active lifestyles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated by a high-quality, error-free social media portfolio.
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns with expertise in ad placements, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • A strong understanding of current social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance reporting tools.
