After Sales Manager Position

This key role is to maintain and improve the market image of Buksh Motors. This entails the development and implementation of after sales plans, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of all after sale customer service activities across the region.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Establish goals and objectives for the after sales department and strive to meet them.
  2. Provide exceptional service and value to our customers.
  3. Build strong relationships and rapport with customers.
  4. Retain existing customers and attract new ones.
  5. Ensure seamless customer experiences from receiving feedback till delivery of vehicle and follow-up.
  6. Minimize returns by maintaining the highest standard of service and ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
  7. Guarantee compliance with brand warranty and policy procedures.
  8. Serve as liaison between the team and brand representatives.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with each brand's CI standards.
  10. Identify future requirements and expansion plans for each service centre in terms of equipment, personnel, parts stock levels, etc.
  11. Support in creating annual business plans and achieving goals for the after sales department.
  12. Communicate effectively with all brand stakeholders on technical matters, campaign completions, recalls, warranty, procurement of accessories, and training of staff.
  13. Ensure regular in-house and abroad training for staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  14. Monitor and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
  15. Coordinate with accounts and shipment departments for smooth operations in terms of receiving shipments of parts, accessories, and tools.
  16. Perform any other tasks assigned by Operations Sales.
Job Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, monitoring, coordination, judgment, and decision-making abilities are essential.
