
Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a Customer Service expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Your primary focus will be on setting customer expectations, identifying their demands and requirements, and advising them on cost-effectiveness.
You will also negotiate agreements with customers, maintain good relationships, approach prospective customers to build rapport, and adhere to all company rules and regulations.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires outstanding communication skills, exceptional negotiation and sales skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Expectations: Set clear and achievable expectations with customers to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Demand Identification: Identify customer demands and requirements, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Advise customers on cost-effective solutions and services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service delivery.
- Rapport Building: Approach prospective customers to build rapport and establish trust.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company rules and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum six months of experience working in a Customer Service department.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
