Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Upwork Sales Expert. The Sales Expert will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and converting inquiries into sales. Daily tasks include communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Expert will also maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Retail Sales skills
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with the Upwork platform is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
