Job Title

Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

  • Determining operational objectives by analyzing business requirements and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing project plans, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines.
  • Defining project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and deliverables.
  • Leveraging leadership skills to drive the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes according to release schedules.
  • Creating a software development plan that meets future client needs and market demands, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure business requirements and project implementation activities align with project goals.
  • Coordinating release and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitating daily scrum meetings to foster team collaboration and progress tracking.
  • Providing guidance and support to developers in resolving technical and human resources issues.
  • Leading team members to their optimal performance levels and career development through coaching, motivation, and leadership.
  • Compiling and analyzing data to produce comprehensive technical reports.
