Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound leads through multiple channels, demonstrating expertise in our products and services.
  • Engage with potential customers in a consultative manner, identifying pain points and articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Record and maintain accurate lead interactions and qualification criteria in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams for seamless lead handovers.
  • Achieve daily service level agreements and monthly inbound quota targets.
Requirements
  • Native fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in telesales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to change and managing organizational tasks effectively.
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys is beneficial.
