Job Description:
  • Lead a department of 50 to 60 individuals, focusing on efficient execution within given resources.
  • Manage leave and shift arrangements while enabling team members to execute their roles effectively.
  • Establish and monitor customer service standards using recognized benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with staff to ensure alignment and development.
  • Oversee ongoing projects to guarantee timely completion and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop a high-performing team capable of achieving assigned targets through coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance among employees and foster a professional environment that promotes equality and fairness.
  • Implement company policies and procedures while regularly reviewing KPIs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
